Recognise invisible load at work early
Training for leaders, HR and WHS teams on recognising invisible disability and psychological injury, understanding the load that comes with them, and supporting people well at work.
Psychological injury and neurodivergence often stay invisible until someone burns out or goes on leave
Our training treats invisible load the way a good workplace treats a physical injury: notice it early, describe it objectively, and plan support around what the person can do.
It draws on Safe Work Australia's model Code of Practice on managing psychosocial hazards at work (2022), which names 14 common psychosocial hazards, and on the frameworks we use in clinical practice.
